Thank you for your revised request which we received on 20 December 2022.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. You asked:
Can you please provide all Company Council minutes from 01.01.2017 until 16.05.2017?
Please find the LU Company Council meeting notes attached.
Can you provide all Company Council actions and documented responses from 01.01.2017 until 31.12.2017?
We don't have a complete centralised record of all actions and responses and how they were dealt with. In order to locate the information you require, we would have to conduct a remote email search across our email records. Given you asked for information from 6 years ago, it’s likely some records would no longer be available. In any case, we believe that it would still exceed the ‘appropriate limit’ of £450 to provide you with the information, as someone would have to manually review the email results todetermine whether they are in scope of your request.
Please note, all the recorded actions are contained in the attached meeting notes. Can you provide details of any whistleblowing claims or ‘protected qualifying disclosure’ since 2014 made specifically about LUOH talking to managers without employee consent?
Unfortunately, we don’t have a record of this.
If this is not the information you are looking for, or if you are unable to access it for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal as well as information on copyright and what to do if you would like to re-use any of the information we have disclosed.
Yours sincerely
