Thank you for your clarified request received on 21 January 2019 for information about NSL Environmental Enforcement Officers.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. You asked:

After witnessing on several occasions NSL Environmental Enforcement Officers issuing fixed penalty notices whilst on TFL property, my request is for any policy documents or documents relating to permissions given to companies such as NSL for their operatives to issue fixed penalty notices whilst on TFL property. NSL Environmental Enforcement Officers have been witnessed issuing fixed penalty notices inside of the boundary line at Kings Cross ( Met line) side.

We do not hold the information you requested as we are not aware of any Environmental Officers issuing tickets on TfL property.
