Access for All improvements at Hither Green Station

My understanding is that the current planned improvements to Hither Green Station in the London Borough of Lewisham (new footbridge and lifts etc) have been funded in whole or in part under the Department for Transport’s ‘Access for All’ programme.
I am informed by the DfT that this was subject of a funding bid by Transport for London in combination with Network Rail.
As the scheme now being promoted appears to differ from the scheme originally put forward to the DfT, I would be grateful if you could supply electronic copies of the plans of the different options considered for these works, along with any associated correspondence/notes/reports or minutes.
I would also be grateful if you could provide me with information on the current estimated cost of these works, how they are being funded and by whom.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 30 December 2022 asking for information about improvement works at Hither Green rail station. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. Please note that in accordance with TfL’s obligations under Data Protection legislation some personal data has been removed, as required by section 40(2) of the FOI Act. This is because disclosure of this personal data would be a breach of the legislation, specifically the first principle which requires all processing of personal data to be fair and lawful. It would not be fair to disclose this personal information when the individuals have no expectation it would be disclosed and TfL has not satisfied one of the conditions which would make the processing ‘fair’.
The feasibility report represents our view of what was achievable at the time and its cost. The final solution adopted may differ from this. We do not hold any information on the current estimated cost for the works - these are being funded in full by the Access for All programme which is in turn funded by the Department for Transport. The Access for All team at the DfT have been responsible for scheme development, working in conjunction with Network Rail.
