F/on from FOI-2039/40 I write regarding your response below. Could you please clarify the following: You state "The order referred to above is a temporary order, as such we do not hold the requested information." The information I had requested included "rationale for the necessity of the Order, including any alternatives considered." Could you please confirm, for the avoidance of doubt, that TfL is not able to disclose documentation relating to a) the necessity of the temporary Order 0622, and b) alternative routes suitable for the traffic affected by the Order 0622?

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 29 October 2024 asking for information about Traffic Order 0622.

 

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold some of the information you require.

 

  1. the necessity of the temporary Order 0622

This information is not recorded. No alternative/diversion routes were implemented as the road remained open for traffic.
