Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 I would like a copy of TFL notice 05/10 to the taxi trade that was issued on 19/02/2010 but subsequently withdrawn by John Mason.

Thank you for your request received on 11 November 2019 asking for a copy of TfL Notice 05/10 issued to the taxi trade.
 
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.
 
Please find the requested notice attached. Please note that Notice 05/10 was superseded with Notice 06/10, which I have also attached for your reference.
