We write in relation to the above-mentioned Property. The entries referred to in black below have been revealed in relation to the local search. Could you please provide the following information in relation to these entries:-
1. Please confirm that this relates to Crossrail?
2. Please confirm that the CPO has been fully exercised and has no ongoing effect in relation to the Property?
3. Please provide a copy of the notices referred to below (insofar as they relate to the Property) and a copy of the general arrangement/ deposit plan which accompanied the CPO so we can ascertain the extent to which the CPO notices relate to the Property?

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 21st December 2022 asking for information about a property at 65 Davies Street, Westminster.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. Your questions are answered in turn below:
Question 1: Please confirm that this relates to Crossrail?
Answer: Yes.
Question 2: Please confirm that the CPO has been fully exercised and has no ongoing effect in relation to the Property?
Answer: The powers to acquire land and property interests under the Crossrail Act 2008 have lapsed and Bond Street station is now open for public use.
Question 3: Please provide a copy of the notices referred to below (insofar as they relate to the Property) and a copy of the general arrangement/ deposit plan which accompanied the CPO so we can ascertain the extent to which the CPO notices relate to the Property?
Answer: The deposited plans associated with the Crossrail Bill are published on the Crossrail website at: https://www.crossrail.co.uk/about-us/crossrail-bill-supporting-documents/plans-sections?folder=/l0/384 I am afraid that colleagues in our Operational Propety, Estates Management team are unable to locate the notices from the descriptions / references provided. You may wish to clarify this aspect of your request once you have reviewed the deposited plans via the link above and once you have identified the relevant land parcels.
