Please can you forward a complete list of vehicle weights/restrictions around roads in London.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London on 11th November 2019 asking for information about vehicle weight restrictions on London roads.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“Please can you forward a complete list of vehicle weights/restrictions around roads in London.”
TfL does not hold the requested information, as the vast majority of roads in London are under the management of local authorities. The ‘red route’ network for which TfL is responsible accounts for only 5% of the roads in London, albeit they carry 30% of London’s traffic. More information on the red routes can be found on our website here:

A search using the word “weight” on our website (https://tfl.gov.uk/) will bring up information about weight restrictions on the red route network – for example, in relation to the Rotherhithe Tunnel:

Notwithstanding the above, you may be able to find the London-wide information you are looking for on the websites of local authorities and associated bodies. For example, the London Councils website includes the following page:
