My question is about the closing of right turns at Lumey Road junction with Sutton bypass (St Dunstan's Hill). is about the works agreed by TFL to shut the right turns scheduled for completion before this current financial year end (before end of March) has now been postponed.

Thank you for your clarified request dated 18 January 2022, asking for information about the planned closure of the right turn at Lumley Road, junction with St Dunstan’s Hill.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
We are still working towards completing the scheme to ban the right turn from Lumley Road onto the A217 by the end of this financial year, as stated in our consultation report here. The current programme has provisional build dates of 21-30 March 2022. This is subject to the completion of detailed design activities which are ongoing.
The attached permanent traffic order is out for consultation up to 4 March 2022.
