Thank you for your email received on 27 February 2017 asking for DLR Working Timetables with Run Out/Run In sheets.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. 

I can confirm we do hold the information you require. Please find attached the DLR working timetables as requested.

However, in accordance with the FOI Act we are not obliged to supply the Run Out/Run In sheets as this information is subject to a statutory exemption to the right of access to information under section 38(1).

Our approach to the disclosure of this information has changed following a security review.

In this instance the exemption has been applied as disclosure of the information you have requested would be likely to endanger the safety of an individual. The use of this exemption in relation to similar information was considered by the Information Commissioner in Decision Notice FS50607218, which was issued on 17 March 2016. The Commissioner upheld both the application of the exemption and the balance of the public interest. We consider the same arguments apply to your request.

Whilst we make no suggestion that you would use this information for anything other than you own personal interest, disclosure of this information to you has to be regarded as a disclosure to ‘the public at large’. Transport for London now publish anonymised responses to FOI requests on our website.
