Thank you for your follow up request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 21  November 2017 asking for the raw data from our Santander  Cycles Customer Satisfaction and Usage Survey.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of  the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can  confirm that we do not hold the information you require.

This is because we outsource this survey therefore we don’t actually hold the raw data you have asked for.
