Thank you for your request received on 18 January 2022 asking for information about any COVID related enhanced cleaning regimes.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you have requested.
An enhanced cleaning regime was introduced at the start of the pandemic in March 2020 to improve the already-high hygiene levels on our network. More information on our cleaning regime is available on our website: https://tfl.gov.uk/campaign/safer-travel-guidance?intcmp=63123.
