Please send me: The total staff costs for CS4 broken down by department and by year. The list of staff by department that have attributed time to CS4. Has detailed designed been completed on CS4? What is the anticipated build costs for CS4? I would like the above information to be provided to me as paper and electronic copies. 4) What is the anticipated build costs for CS4 -  Designs for Cycle Superhighway 4 are still being developed and therefore it is not possible to provide accurate build cost at this stage of the project. However for budgeting purposes £25.5m has been allocated for construction.
