May we please request a copy of the licences and any attached conditions granted: (a) pursuant to the appeal hearing at Westminster Magistrates Court in December 2021 in relation to Ola UK Private Limited; and (b) by TfL to Bolt Services UK Limited in November 2021. If for any reason, it is not possible to provide the information requested, please provide advice and assistance as to how this request could be refined. Thank you for your request received on 17 January 2022 asking for a copy of licences and conditions connected to recent private hire operator licence decisions for Ola and Bolt.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I confirm that we hold some of the information you have requested. You asked: May we please request a copy of the licences and any attached conditions granted:
a) pursuant to the appeal hearing at Westminster Magistrates Court in December 2021 in relation to Ola UK Private Limited; and We do not hold the information you have requested. Please see attached Order made by Westminster Magistrates’ Court dated 14 December 2021. b) by TfL to Bolt Services UK Limited in November 2021. Please see attached a document that contains the conditions and associated guidance related to the licence issued to Bolt in November 2021. Please note that these are in addition to the conditions that are attached to every London private hire operator’s licence which can be found on page 9 of the private hire operator licensing guidance notes on our website: www.tfl.gov.uk/info-for/taxis-and-private-hire/licensing/private-hire-operator-licence. Please note that we do not hold copies of the licence issued to Bolt (or other operators). Licences are sent directly to the licence holders by our third party print provider.
