Thank you for your email received by Transport for London (TfL) on 6 December 2017 asking for information about staff car parking facilities at Metropolitan Line stations.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and TfL’s information access policy. I can confirm TfL does hold the information you require. You asked:

*These permits replaced the old ones issued in 2014
All permits are issued for station staff, but they are generally station specific, so they are shared amongst the station, rather than having individual names. The permits issued above, with the exception of the line in blue, were issued by previous staff, who no longer work for TfL, so I am unable to find any further information.
We have yet to issue any new permits along the Metropolitan in 2018 and have no plans to do so, unless a request comes in.
If this is not the information you are looking for, please feel free to contact me.
Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
Yours sincerely,
