While we are not in a position to know the ambitions of private companies, we are looking at our estate to see what we can deliver both in terms of housing and commercial space.
We have taken both Northwood Town and South Kensington stations to market where we will establish joint ventures with private sector developers. We have been approached by the adjoining owner at North Greenwich station about the opportunity for over station development. We are also undertaking feasibility work across a range of sites on or around our operational network. As decisions are made on whether to bring sites forward these will be announced in due course.
If this is not the information you are looking for, or if you are unable to access it for some reason, please do not hesitate to contact me.
