Thank you for your email received on 10 November 2017 asking for information about London Highways Alliance Contract (LoHAC). I apologise for the delay in replying to you.
Your request has been processed in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. You asked:
Regarding the London Highways Alliance (LoHAC) contract for areas: North West, North East, Central & South
Please can you provide the following:
1) A copy of the Agreed Supplier Diversity Plan.
2) Annual report on performance and compliance with the equality and diversity provisions.
Separate reports have been prepared each contract year. We are in Year 5 of the LoHAC framework contract and I have therefore attached the Year 4 and Year 5 Equality and Diversity Action Plans and the Year 4 Annual Reports.
The documents requested are produced by our suppliers - Conway Aecom, CVU, Kier and Ringway Jacobs, and the format for each supplier varies. Please note that Kier did not produce an Annual report for Year 4 (2016/17).
Please note that names have been redacted from some of the documents. This is done in accordance with TfL’s obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA), as required by section 40(2) of the FOI Act. This is because disclosure of this personal data would be a breach of the DPA, specifically the first principle of the DPA which requires all processing of personal data to be fair and lawful.
