I would like to know the total amount of PAYG charges applied to Oyster Cards for the most recent 12 months for cards that match the following criteria:
- Oyster Cards that have an annual travelcard loaded onto them, but do not have the Railcard Discount / Gold Card Discount applied.
This would be the total PAYG charges for traveling outside of the zones that the travelcard covers.

Thank you for your email received by us on 10 November 2017 asking for information about Oyster pay as you go (PAYG) spend for Annual Travelcard holders.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. You asked for:
the total amount of PAYG charges applied to Oyster Cards for the most recent 12 months for cards that match the following criteria:
- Oyster Cards that have an annual travelcard loaded onto them, but do not have the Railcard Discount / Gold Card Discount applied.
This would be the total PAYG charges for traveling outside of the zones that the travelcard covers
I can advise that we retain detailed card data on an eight week basis rather than the requested period. Please also note that the Gold Card discount for season ticket holders applies only to off-peak fares as explained via the following link to our website: https://tfl.gov.uk/fares-and-payments/adults-free-and-discounted-travel Therefore not all of the spend shown below would be eligible for a 1/3 discount.
The table below provides weekly PAYG spend for Oyster cards that do have a valid annual Travelcard but without a valid Railcard discount added.
