I am currently analysing the effect of ULEZ policy, I would like to get daily traffic count data in London by Road from 2018-01-01 to 2019-12-31 to support the results. It is hard to find the daily average data by road on the website. Could you mind providing me with the data, please? If the data is too large, the weekly average data would also help. Thank you.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 29th November 2022 asking for daily traffic count data in London by road.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:

I am afraid that we do not hold detailed traffic flow count data by road for London. TfL monitors a limited set of automatic traffic counters only, mainly for the roads we operate (known as the Transport for London Road Network (TLRN) or ‘red routes’, which constitute only 4% of all London’s roads by length - see here for more information: https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/red-routes).
Outside of the roads we operate, TfL utilises the annual average flow data for all the roads in London as assessed by the Department of Transport in its annual nationwide traffic surveys. This data is also available for the public to access and that data can be found online here:
