Please see the attached spreadsheet. As property items are stored for up to three months, not all items are restored to the owner immediately. For example, items received on 01 January may be restored to customers in either January, February or March of the same year.

The majority of unclaimed items are donated to our charity partners: The British Red Cross; the Salvation Army; and Scope. All revenue raised goes towards the operating cost for the lost property office. All personal data is removed from electronic devices before they are sold.

Please note, we publish data on lost property, and the income raised from the sale of unclaimed items, at https://tfl.gov.uk/help-and-contact/lost-property#on-this-page-7
