Can you please advise what is the amount or percentage salary increase and bonus for each of work performance grades. My request relates to salary increases and bonus following work performance in the year 2018/19. This salary increase and bonus payment will happen in this financial year. It relates to band 3 and band 4 .

For Band 3 Pay for Performance (PfP), pay talks are still ongoing but the attached matrices are in line with the full and final offer made to the Trade Unions, as communicated to employees in September 2019.

For Band 4, base pay awards are not directly linked to the outcome of the performance management process and there is no entitlement to an annual pay adjustment within the Senior Manager Reward Framework (SMRF). Within SMRF, Directors are accountable for determining base pay awards for each individual, with reference to internal pay and performance relativities and external salary market rates. Base pay increases are discretionary and determined by awarding Directors, or on rare occasions Senior Managers who manage large departments, and are effective from 1 April, unless other contractual arrangements apply. Individual increases are made within an overall budget and against any specific criteria set for the given year. The budget for base pay increases under SMRF effective 1 April 2019 was 0.75%

Information on the scorecards results can be found on Source. These pages also hold the Scheme guide which explains how performance awards are calculated and contains the performance award matrix:
