Can you advise when the contract for the Speed Awareness Courses (NDORS courses) expires, if there is the ability to extend the contract and when it will come up for re tender? Ref 0815-1718 you stated "In this instance the exemption has been applied as disclosure of the information you have requested is likely to negatively affect the re-tendering process due to start on this contract"

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 30 October 2017 asking for information about the contract for the Speed Awareness Courses.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.

The current contract expires on 2 May 2020. There is the ability to extend the contract for a further 2 years.

If the contract is not extended then the re-tender commencement date would be July 2019. If the current contract is extended then the retender will take place in July 2021
