Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 15^th January 2021 asking for the Staff Guide to Fares and Ticketing for 2020 and 2021.

I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. The guides produced in 2020 are attached. There have not been any subsequent versions produced in 2021. Note that a number of redactions have been made to the documents under section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act, the exemption that protects against the unfair release of personal information.
