Under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 , could you please
supply the following information :
1. What changes to the local roadscape are your officers currently negotiationg
with the new owners of the Holiday Inn Kensington Forum Hotel 97-109
Cromwell Road , SW7) .
2. If there is an evaluation report , please send it to us as a PDF .
3. What will happen to the taxi rank at the entrance to the current hotel and to the
pseudo feeder rank , currently located on Courtfield Road ?
4. Will the No 74 westbound bus stop on Cromwell Road remain in the same location ?
5. Are there any plans for TFL to install charger points or fast-charger points on any
side of the Holiday Inn land ?

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 27 October 2017 asking for information about roadscape in SW7.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
- What changes to the local roadscape are your officers currently negotiating with the new owners of the Holiday Inn Kensington Forum Hotel 97-109 Cromwell Road , SW7)
TfL is not in current negotiations with the owners of the Holiday Inn, although they have recently contacted us to arrange for pre application discussions.
- If there is an evaluation report , please send it to us as a PDF
TfL is unaware of any evaluation report.
- What will happen to the taxi rank at the entrance to the current hotel and to the pseudo feeder rank , currently located on Courtfield Road ?
Until we have seen the owner’s proposals for the whole site we can not answer this question.
- Will the No 74 westbound bus stop on Cromwell Road remain in the same location ?
Until we have seen the owner’s proposals for the whole site we can not answer this question.
5. Are there any plans for TFL to install charger points or fast-charger points on any side of the Holiday Inn land ?
We have not had any dealings with, or pursuing any locations at the Holiday Inn in Kensington.
