Details of any Bonus system for collection of ULEZ fines

Please advise whether anybody in the chain of the collection of ULEZ penalty notices are subject to a performance related bonus system If so, please give details of that bonus system (i.e. is the bonus based on a specific amount of fines collected in a particular period etc)

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 25 September 2024 asking for information about ULEZ fines.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.

I can confirm that we do hold the information you require – no bonuses are paid to any employees in relation to ULEZ charges or fines.
