You asked
Follow-on from FOI-1824-2324:
The jacobs report appears to show little or no benefit to the expansion and overall negative for many of the poorest though economically active.
The number I was after was the number of years lost by people in non compliant vehicles who now will be unable to continue in their jobs and the effect of the resultant stress, loss of earnings on lifestyle, causing premature illness and death, this should be put against the alleged 4000 premature deaths saved. What was that number without it your 4000 life claim is worthless, what if additional stress and loss of earnings to that already struggling segment causes the equivalent of 5000 deaths per year, did you not quantify this ?
