The number of ULEZ complaints received between 25/10/21 to 25/11/21 is 175. This includes over the phone, and by email and letters to our service provider.
How many calls have been terminated through 'technical problems' during this period?

We do not hold this information.
4. How much income has the new charge generated in the first month of implementation?
The ULEZ has generated £16m of charge income in the first month since the zone expanded on 25 October 2021.
