Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 11 January 2021, asking for information about road traffic accidents.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. 

The Mayor’s aim is for no one to be killed in or by a London bus by 2030, and for all deaths and serious injuries from road collisions to be eliminated from London’s streets by 2041. Transport for London’s Vision Zero Action Plan sets out how this can be achieved and includes details of how progress will be monitored.  

You asked:

I would be obliged if you would provide the KSI RTA figures for Throwley Way, Sutton and St Nichols Way, Sutton for the years 2019 and 2020.

Please find the attached listing reports for personal injury collisions in the locations that you are interested in. Data is from 2019 to the end of June 2020 which is the latest data we have available. Please note the data is provisional and may still change.

You may be interested to know we proactively publish data on personal injury road traffic collisions and casualties here. 

If you are considering submitting a further request please think carefully about whether the request is essential at this current time, as answering FOI/EIR requests will require the use of limited resources and the attention of staff who could be supporting other essential activity.
