I understands that TFL has a rigorous procurement process that ensures value for money for TFL customers, TFL and British Taxpayers.
1) Please provide a response as to why London Transport (Guernsey) Limited is not part of this process?
2) Why has there been no tender process in the past 9 years?
3) Why are there no plans for tenders in the near future?
4) Is TFL really continuing to work with a company, without tendering, based on a commercial/technical % ratio that is nearly ten years old?
5) During the 2013 tender process, without providing confidential details, please can you advise the different in % score between the incumbent and those parties who who were not successful?

Under the Freedom of Information Act, we are not obliged to answer your questions if it would require the creation of new information or the provision of a judgement, explanation, advice or opinion that was not already recorded at the time of your request.
