Request ID: FOI-2012-2425 Date published: 07 October 2024
You asked
Route 19 to Battersea Bridge:
Are you the next escalation point of this complaint? If not, can you please let me have a copy of your complaints process? This is not a temporary traffic problem, this is a problem that has been going on for years. What is the data telling TFL about how long buses take to get from Finsbury Park station to the town hall on upper Street during rush hour in term time?
The times I'm looking for are for between 7.30 and 9am on Tuesdays to Thursdays inclusive.
Outside of term time means just that so any weeks between wc 9th Sep and we 30th September for example.
