Thank you for your email received by us on 31 October 2018 asking for information about chariot route ten and how routing changes are proposed and agreed for privately run pre-booked shuttle bus services.

please could you share communications between third parties and tfl, and within tfl, relating to changes to chariot van route ten which have taken place in late October 2018; it would be good to understand why the route has been changed by having information about the preceding decision making.

I can advise that there is no such route as chariot route ten, consequently we are unable to provide this information.

if tfl have not received communications about route amendments, it may then still be useful to see information about how routing changes are proposed and agreed.
