I am trying to find out who owns the PCO licensed minicabs in London: What proportion of cars are owned by individual drivers, what proportion is leased to drivers, and what proportion is rented to drivers? Perhaps this is best found out when looking at the registered keeper? For example, for what proportion of PCO licensed cars are individual drivers the registered keeper, and for what proportion of cars is the registered keeper rather than an individual, instead a company? Not sure if this or other relevant info is collected during the PHV licensing stage? Thanks
