I am looking to understand how many PCNs have been issued for the yellow box junction at the junction of Great Cambridge Road and Bullsmoor Lane from January 2021 until November 2021, inclusive.
This is to evidence that there has been a dramatic increase in PCNs since road works commenced on the A10 and TFL is profiting from this.

Please see below for PCNs issued at this location between these dates. It is every drivers responsibility to ensure a yellow box junction has a clear exit before entering it. If a PCN is issued which is believed to be unfair, the recipient has the right to make a representation to challenge it.
