Thank you for your request received on 26 November 2021 asking for information about asbestos on the 1972 Bakerloo Stock.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations (EIRs) and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.

Please see the attached pictogram which provides details of asbestos containing materials typically found on this rolling stock. Please note that none of the asbestos is in public facing areas.

We have processes and procedures in place to ensure that the management of asbestos is carried out in compliance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
