Background: In May 2006, an arboricultural survey was carried out at 82 Stainforth Road, Ilford, Essex, IG2 7EL. This survey identified 3 trees owned by TFL which caused or contributed to damage to the property above, due to clay shrinkage subsidence by the abstraction of soil moisture. Request: I would like to see a copy of any information TFL has in relation to this property, with respect to any tree management that may have been put in place as a result of the recommendations in the arboricultural report, which includes mention of maintenance on a 3-yearly cycle. For reference, the trees in question are situated between the TFL substation at location: 51°34'19.4"N 0°05'22.7"E and the boundary of the property above.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 23 December 2020 asking for information about tree management.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and our Information Access Policy. I can confirm we do not hold the information you requested. You asked:
