Background: In May 2006, an arboricultural survey was carried out at 82 Stainforth Road, Ilford, Essex, IG2 7EL. This survey identified 3 trees owned by TFL which caused or contributed to damage to the property above, due to clay shrinkage subsidence by the abstraction of soil moisture. Request: I would like to see a copy of any information TFL has in relation to this property, with respect to any tree management that may have been put in place as a result of the recommendations in the arboricultural report, which includes mention of maintenance on a 3-yearly cycle.
