ULEZ & LEZ PCNs issued on approved diversion route during overnight closure from 28 April 2024 to 29 April 2024

Dear Transport for London,
This is a follow-up to FOI request FOI-1599-2425. Under that request you confirmed that:
Between 10:32 pm on 28 April 2024 and 5:13 am on 29 April 2024, nine ULEZ PCNs were issued as a result of a vehicle being observed on Farnborough Way. One has been paid, six have been cancelled, and two remain open.
I now refer you to the attached diversion map provided by National Highways.
I would like to know the number of ULEZ and LEZ PCNs issued along the entirety of the diversion route (rather than just Farnborough Way) between 10:32 pm on 28 April 2024 and 5:13 am on 29 April 2024. Please confirm how many of those PCNs have been paid, how many have been cancelled, and how many are outstanding.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 11 September 2024 asking for information about ULEZ & LEZ PCNs.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
Between 10:32 pm on 28 April 2024 and 5:13 am on 29 April 2024, along the entirety of the route shown on the map provided, nine ULEZ PCNs were issued using images captured from a camera along the said route. Three have been paid and 6 have been cancelled. During this same period and along the same route, two LEZ PCNs were issued. Both remain open.
