I would like to know please, if TfL has given, or is a party to providing insurance cover in any way (free or at cost) under the umbrella of any new, existing or ammended insurance policy including 'self-insurance' where TfL or another party takes on the risk, or is in any way giving assistance to the cycling private hire PedalMeApp in providing insurance cover or giving funding to provide insurance cover.
