You asked

In the month of September, TFL will have refused to renew Private Hire Operator licenses. It may or may not have published the reasons for these refusals, all or some of those reasons. Please provide a complete list of all reasons PHV Operator licenses were refused to be renewed during the month of September, and whether any appeal has been lodged against any of those reasons or any decision - whether or not those cases are yet to be heard by any court or panel. If any appeal has been lodged, please specify the date on which the appeal was received, and by which court or panel.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 13 October 2017 asking for information about Private Hire Operator licenses.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.

An Appeal was lodged on 13 October 2017 at Westminster Magistrates’ Court.
