You asked
Please send me footage of platform 4 romford at 6.35 to 6.45 this morning 16/10/17. I was waiting at carriage 2 whereby this man stopped in front of yellow line in front of me as I was queuing and verbally abused me so I walked to part of platform where carriage 1 was to avoid any more abuse. (Romford to Liverpool st)

In relation to your request for footage of an incident at Romford Station, as this constitutes your personal data it is exempt from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act by virtue of section 40(1) of that legislation.  The appropriate access regime to obtain this is the Data Protection Act 1998.  If you would like access to this information, please click on our Access your data page on the TfL website, and complete the ‘TfL Customer Services Subject Access Request Form’ which can be found just over half way down the page.
