Please provide a digital copy of the lease maps you hold for every station on the Metropolitan, Jubilee, Victoria, Northern, Hammersmith and City, Circle, District, Bakerloo, Central, Piccadilly Lines. If possible, please clarify (by way of highlighting) what is London Underground property. I have attached a link for a map of Rye station in Sussex which is formatted in the way I am looking for, and I believe this may help clarify my request. https://www.networkrail.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/FOI201800398-map.pdf

We answered

TfL Ref: FOI-1871-1920

Thank you for your email received by Transport for London (TfL) on 22 September 2019.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm we hold some the information you require. You asked:

Please provide a digital copy of the lease maps you hold for every station on the Metropolitan, Jubilee, Victoria, Northern, Hammersmith and City, Circle, District, Bakerloo, Central, Piccadilly Lines.

If possible, please clarify (by way of highlighting) what is London Underground property.

The sample you have attached through the link appears to not be a Lease Plan but a representation of Network Rail ownership at the station. We have made such information publically available on the TfL website at https://par.tfl.gov.uk/propertymap/Full.aspx and it covers not only LU but also DLR, London Overground and London Streets.

In accordance with section 21 of the FOI Act, we are not obliged to supply you with a copy of the requested information as it is already accessible to you elsewhere.

Regarding the lease plan, the arrangements on the TfL network are different from the National Rail Network where stations are leased to Train Operating Companies. London Underground is an integrated network where we own and manage the stations.

If this is not the information you are looking for, or if you are unable to access it for some reason, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal as well as information on copyright and what to do if you would like to re-use any of the information we have disclosed.

Yours sincerely
