Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. You asked:

1.What conditions did you set Lambeth re community consultation?

We have not set Lambeth any consultation requirements.

2.What are the criteria for impact assessments of the scheme on adjacent streets?

We have not set any criteria for the impact assessments on adjacent streets.

3.What are your monitoring and reporting requirements and threshold criteria for the scheme at the design stage and post implementation?

We regularly meet with Lambeth to get an update on progress. We require Lambeth to provide a monitoring report within 12 months of implementing the scheme. However, we have not set Lambeth any threshold criteria for the scheme.

4.How much did you award Lambeth for Rosendale Road phase 2 and phase 3 and when will be paid and when does it need to be spent by?

In June 2020 Lambeth were allocated £525k of the Emergency Active Travel Fund to progress this scheme. By October 2020 when the first tranche of the DfT funding expired the scheme was partially delivered. In November 2020, Lambeth were allocated the remaining £275k of the DfT’s Active Travel Fund to complete the scheme. They have until June 2021 to complete the works.
