Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 1 November 2022 asking for information about the speed limit at the junction of Knights Hill / Cheviot Road, SE27. . Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.
Unfortunately we do not hold the information you require. Transport for London (TfL) is responsible for the red routes throughout London, which make up the Transport for London Road Network (TLRN). The junction you refer to is not on the TLRN, and the London Borough of Lambeth are therefore the relevant Highway Authority. Furthermore, speed limit penalties are issued by the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS).
You may therefore wish to submit your request to the MPS and LB Lambeth.
