Please could you tell me approximately how much carbon emissions (grams or KG) is produced on the Elizabeth Line per passenger per mile or kilometre equivalent, one way, specifically from Acton Main Line to Liverpool Street?
Is there a way or hassle free formulation to calculate the above?

Specifically you asked:

I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
The carbon emissions from Acton Main line to Liverpool Street is 25 grams of CO2e per passenger km.
