Whitechapel Station Crossrail 512 project - an electrical accident on Whitechapel Station, this was a BBMV joint venture. Would I be able to get all the witness statements from the Crossrail REVO sent to me even if they are redacted it does not matter?

Thank you for your requests received on 1 November 2022 asking for information about an incident that occurred at Whitechapel Crossrail Station.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
We do not hold the information you have requested. The RIVO incident reporting system was closed down and archived in July. We can access the incident report you attached but we cannot access the pdf documents that were embedded in the incident report.
