this kind of data as requested for 'Driver Incident Reports' (DIRs) for disturbances / crimes?

Customers are at the centre of what we do, the safety and security of our passengers is something we at Transport for London (TfL) take very seriously. We work in partnership with the police to ensure the safety of our passengers when using our transport network. The London Buses network comprises of around 9,000 vehicles and now carries 2.3 billion passengers a year - more than the number of people riding buses in the rest of England.

With the exception of the bus operator, which is not captured by our incident reporting system, please find attached all crime and anti-social behaviour incidents for all other listed categories above, as reported by London bus drivers to our CentreComm Control Room during 2016 and 2017. CentreComm responds to any incident that has an impact on the bus network, setting up diversions and coordinating an emergency response where necessary.
Each incident is assessed by CentreComm and considered for onward referral to the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) for further action. TfL does not hold information on any subsequent outcomes. If you would like to contact the Metropolitan Police directly for further information, please visit their website at: https://www.met.police.uk/foi-ai/accessing-information/

If this is not the information you are looking for, or if you are unable to access it for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal as well as information on copyright and what to do if you would like to re-use any of the information we have disclosed.

Yours sincerely
