Status of TfL-acquired land along A40 Western Avenue

Hello,
I understand that various pieces of land along the A40 Western Avenue were acquired by TfL during the 1990s. With reference to the plan available on page 2 of this link (http://www.westernavenuesites.co.uk/western.pdf), please could you confirm which of the 13 sites (if any) are still owned by TfL? And - for any sites that are no longer owned by TfL - please could you confirm to whom these sites were transferred?
The list below shows my current understanding, but I would be grateful if you could kindly complete/confirm it.
