Thank you for your request of 11^th September 2019 asking for information about a broken electronic bus arrival display.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.

Specifically you asked:

“Can you tell me how long the electronic bus arrival display board at the stop just due south of the Green Man Interchange in Leytonstone (in Leytonstone High Road outside O'Neills Pub) has not been working? And how many complaints you have received about this?”

The display in question has been out of service since 24^th February 2019. In that period, TfL has received two complaints about the matter.
