Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 8th November 2021 asking for information about road collisions in Chislehurst.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“How many road traffic incidents involving pedestrians vs motor vehicle have been reported at the road crossing at the war memorial (A208/A222) in Chislehurst in the last 10 years?”
I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
The data we hold is to the end of July 2021. At the junction of Bromley Road and Royal Parade for the ten year period to the end of July 2021 we have been notified of 22 personal injury collisions. Nine involved pedestrian injury. All the pedestrians were ‘slightly’ injured. Note that 2021 data is currently provisional and subject to change.
