Hi,
I wanted to ask you about the underlying Information system that the TfL uses?
Systems include: Online and Offline Reservation, Train Management, Monitoring and Control, Access System (hardware)
Who's are the vendors involved, System Integrator(s) Company Name, Basic Network Topology.

Thank you for your email received by us on 3 October 2018 asking about the underlying management information systems (MIS) used by Transport for London (TfL).
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.
The information you asked for is available on our website using the following link: http://content.tfl.gov.uk/tfl-contracts-greater-than-5k.pdf. This details the systems we use with the contract agreements we have in place such as our Core IM Data Communications, Operations Information Systems, Data Centre Hardware Technology and hardware maintenance systems with various named vendors.
