Please can you disclose, preferably by PDF, the issues (including any specific services or routes where applicable) that have first been raised during this calendar year so far with TFL by London TravelWatch regardless of whether they are considered resolved now or not, and please disclose date they were first raised this year, any subsequent raisings if this wouldn't take the request beyond section 12 costs limit, and disclose fact which ones are ongoing if that is so and after which raising of the issue those now considered resolved were first considered to be this.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 20 August 2024 asking for information about issues raised by London Travelwatch.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
Please see the attached PDF showing new cases received from London TravelWatch (LTW) in 2024 as requested. We have taken “raising a case” to mean any correspondence under a LTW case reference. This includes all correspondence related to this case number, such as acceptance of refund or follow up questions – these were all considered as part of one case.
