Hello Are you able to advise who owns Leyton bus garage and Hackney bus garage ? To be clear, the building and land owners please. Are the buildings leased ? If yes what is the length and current remaining period of the lease. Thanks

Leyton bus garage is owned by Stagecoach (freehold).

With regards to Hackney, there are two – Ash Grove Garage is owned by TfL (London Bus Services Ltd) or Clapton Garage which Arriva own (freehold).
